  • To verify, register & onboard you as a partner
  • To manage rental operations & monthly payouts
  • To improve platform performance & security
  • To send updates, notifications & customer support information

We DO NOT sell or trade your personal data.

  • Insurance companies (for claims & coverage)
  • Authorized service partners
  • Government or law enforcement agencies (only when required)

8) Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Return / Withdrawal Policy

1) Standard Tenure

  • Program lock-in period: 36 months
  • After tenure completion, partners may:
    • Continue renting & earning
    • Exit the program and take settlement

2) Early Exit Policy

  • A 60-day prior notice is mandatory
  • Settlement amount depends on:
    • Usage history
    • Scooter physical/technical condition
    • Completion (%) of agreement period

3) Refund Policy

No refunds are applicable after scooter activation, as operational costs begin immediately after deployment.

4) Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfer to another partner is allowed with company approval.
