Financials & Enrollment
Purchase price : ₹1,11,000 (incl. taxes) per Chitraka EV as part of the program.
Guaranteed Monthly Payout
₹7,000 per bike, paid monthly after deduction of applicable TDS. If you have GST registration, GST will be paid on top of the guaranteed amount.
First payout schedule
The first monthly fixed payout is made between the 1st and 15th of the month following the end of the second month after the bike is deployed.
Term, Lock-in & Transfer
Program Term: 36 months from first payout. Lock-in: 18 months. Asset Transfer: After completion of the 3-year term, ownership of the e-bike transfers to Rent N Ride
Early termination/buyback
Buyback / surrender values are defined in slabs (example: at month 18 buyback ~₹55,500; at 36 buyback ~₹11,100). Display the full annexure table on the page or provide a downloadable agreement.
Company responsibilities
We are responsible for insurance, operational costs, and day-to-day operations of the deployed e-bike while in our possession
