You will receive ₹7,000 per scooter every month as a guaranteed fixed payout (subject to Taxes).
The first monthly payout is scheduled between the 1st and 15th of the month following the end of the second month after deployment.
No capping.
While the e-bike is in the Company’s possession, the Company is responsible for insurance, legal issues, and operational costs.
Early termination rules apply; there is a lock-in of 18 months. Buyback/salvage value follows the Annexure II slabs; payments will be reconciled per the agreement (mentioned in rent agreement).
Ownership of the e-bike transfers to the Business Partner (Company) as specified in the agreement.
